The Aircraft Pre-Buy Inspection / Deliveries / Handover / Maintenance and Maintenance Cost Review / Re-Possession Service encompasses a comprehensive evaluation of the aircraft’s condition, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This service includes a physical survey and on-site presence, which provides a detailed and accurate assessment of the aircraft's condition. The inclusion of a physical inspection ensures the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation, making it suitable for formal financial transactions, legal documentation, and high-stakes decision-making.

Additionally, the service may include a thorough review of the aircraft's maintenance records and an analysis of associated maintenance costs, such as evaluating ongoing and future maintenance needs to provide the Client with a complete understanding of the aircraft's operational costs. The service may also include processes involved in the repossession of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and securing the aircraft as per the Client's directives.

The cost for this service will be contingent upon the aircraft's condition and location. The Contractor and the Client will negotiate and agree upon the cost, with a maximum charge of 395.00 Swiss Francs per hour per consultant/expert. The total charge will be capped at the equivalent of 8 hours of work per day per consultant/expert, resulting in a maximum daily rate of 3,160.00 Swiss Francs per consultant/expert. The effective time required and utilized will be agreed upon, and time sheets will be presented monthly, or, at the latest, upon the project's completion.

Please note that the indicated work time cost excludes travel expenses. To provide an accurate travel cost quotation, please supply the current location of the aircraft or helicopter. After reviewing the aircraft location details, lump-sum fees or cost caps on work time may be agreed upon. Upon acceptance of the terms of the Aircraft Pre-Buy Inspection / Deliveries / Handover / Maintenance and Maintenance Cost Review / Re-Possession agreement by the Client, a non-refundable down payment of a minimum of 3,160.00 Swiss Francs must be paid online to initiate the process. This payment is required to commence the comprehensive assessment and ensures that the service is performed efficiently and with the utmost diligence.
